This 2004 Chaparral 254 Sunesta appears to be in very good condition. Keep in mind that this boat was on display at the dealer's showroom from 2004 to 2007 and never in the water.
This one owner boat was then purchased in Sept 2007 and used for a few weekends before winterizing her. Since then she has been lightly used each year and was last winterized in 2014. The boat has not been used since.
There are just 207 hours on this boat at this time.
The boat is kept in a warehouse storage facility when not in use so she is always under cover.
All the canvas and screens appear to be in good condition. There is also a full mooring cover that was barely used.
